The Roost began with a simple belief: the best moments happen when people slow down. Nestled in a quiet corner of Ocala, we've created a space where the coffee is poured with intention, the cocktails are mixed with curiosity, and every guest feels like they belong.

By day, it's a café — warm light, the hum of conversation, and espresso machines doing their thing. By night, the same space transforms into a cocktail bar with low music and amber glow. The only thing that never changes is the welcome.
